We recommend taking our online Skin Quiz or consulting with a licensed aesthetician. Our products are categorized by collections, such as VITAL C for redness-prone skin or CLEAR CELL for acne-prone skin, to help you find the perfect match.

Are IMAGE Skincare products tested on animals?

No, IMAGE Skincare is a PETA-certified cruelty-free brand. We do not test our finished products or ingredients on animals.

What is your return policy for opened products?

We want you to love your skin. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that products must be at least half full to be eligible for a refund.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your glow-up essentials sooner.

Does IMAGE Skincare use parabens or synthetic fragrances?

We are committed to clean clinical skincare. Our formulations are free from parabens, phthalates, mineral oils, and artificial fragrances. Many of our scents are derived from natural essential oils.
